An Executive Coach since 2010, Anurama’s unique strengths are in integrating the world of Western psychology with the Indian Philosophy (Vedanta) as her framework. Her signature coach training programs are ‘Manthan’ and ‘Samarpan’.

Anurama’s niche is in coaching young gen leaders of different family businesses in India. She is also passionate about fertility coaching and has 120+ clients’ successful pregnancies.

Anurama is a certified Practitioner of Gestalt Therapy, TA, Psychodrama, Inner Child Work, EFT, Experiential labs for Consciousness, Process Worker and an Arhatic Yoga Practitioner.

She is recognised as “Global Covid Warrior” by Government of Karnataka for her extensive work with Health care professionals’ emotional wellness during the pandemic.

Anurama and her team provide one to one coaching and group coaching for Leaders and Senior Executives across many corporate companies.

Anurama holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. She has prior 10 years of work experience in IT.
