The term "Bandhan" denotes relationships. Bandhan was launched as a free initiative for 108 days on relationship wellness from Shreehi (through whatsapp), from Ugadi - 22 March 2023. The intent for this initiative is to spread positive ripple effects for relationship wellness in the society.

These are everyday standalone messages - tips / techniques / tools that would help us move towards relationship wellness. These  tools and techniques can be implemented to strengthen any close relationship in your life - with your life partner, parents, children, in-laws, friends and especially the relationship with yourself. 

Working on Bandhan became possible only with the loving support and clear guidance from:


  • Mrs. Geethaa Senthilkumar - Geethaa designs the template for Bandhan and did the Namakarana (naming) for this project :) You can check her work here.
 
  • Mrs. Pooja Balasubramanya - Pooja is a Program Manager at a IIM Bangalore. She is passionate about photography. She runs Pranava Yogashala and is keen in spreading Indian cultural values.
 
  • Mrs. Deepambika TJ - A sustainability enthusiast who works with organizations promoting Sustainable Development Goals.
 
  • Mrs. Mangalam Senthil - An international story teller, TEDx Speaker (her talk's like here) and a kolam enthusiast.
 
  • Mrs. Aruna Balamurugan - A corporate executive with many years of entrepreneurial expertise, ICF trained coach and a Vedanta practitioner.
 
  • Mrs. Nanda Dhanpal - Nanda loves to make a positive difference to the society. She is working with a well known University and is also a Yoga trainer.

  • My family - my husband and daughters who applaud for the messages and share critical comments to help the messages take better shape.
