All people have their own share of problems. I do have my own problems. I was overwhelmed by a recent issue which made me depressed and to a stage where I can’t think straight. The answers for our problems are always there, deep inside our minds and in our sub conscious. We have to dig in deep into our consciousness to understand the situation and find ways to get out of our problems. As a layman and leading a stressed life, we may not be able to look that deep into us. From a friend, I came to know about the organisation, Shreehi Consultation services, which coaches our mind to look into us and find the solutions to our problems within us. I had great experience of unlearning and learning about myself when I went through these sessions. Rather than getting comfortable with the problems and becoming comfortably numb, we need to search for the answers for clarity. Clarity leads to a comfortable life and not vice versa. Our mind is a delicate and complex structure and we need professionals to help us to uncover those complexities and bring out the truth that we need. The sessions with the Shreehi people, made me realize these things. They are thoroughly professional, friendly, non judgmental and easily approachable to share our problems. The space and comfort that they provide for us made it easy to start sharing honestly about the issues we face and our perspectives on those issues. Now after the sessions, I feel relieved and have a better clarity on how to face stressful situations and how to overcome depression by ourselves. All we need is a careful delicate nudge to our conscience and these people are there to provide that delicate nudge and done expertly. I thank the person, Buvana Ramesh, who has helped me realize myself and helping me to take a deeper dive into my own self. I would refer this to my friends and everyone to have a session with these people to get a better clarity and be successful in their lives.

Having known Anu and team Shreehi for quite sometime now, I find speaking to her very inspiring and stimulating.
